AccuraMatrixCTC培养可用于肿瘤无创早诊、复发监测、用药指导。细胞外生物材料技术涵盖肿瘤早、中、晚全阶段，早期高危和高度怀疑患者的诊断(液体活检，基因诊断无法确诊)，

CTC可以通过对肿瘤细胞的病历诊断做到无创确诊；支持低成本长期培养，可以帮助患者建立起抗药肿瘤模型，并提前筛选出药效药物，指导肿瘤复发治疗，利用CTC培养对治疗效果进

行评估，监测肿瘤复发；晚期病人获得肿瘤样品难， 通过CTC为病人寻找有效药物和药物组合。


另外，AccuraMatrix体外培养扩增后的CTC细胞团可用于动物模型构建，支持肿瘤新药研发、监测肿瘤复发、疗效评估和用药指导。


循环肿瘤细胞体外培养 的基质材料优化及其相关临床应用产品的研发，实现了高成功率循环肿瘤细胞体外培养，建立了世界唯一的循环肿瘤细胞动物体内种植方法，成功地利用循环肿

瘤细胞动物模型进行了体内抗癌药物评估。


目前，AccuraMatrix已完成部分癌种CTC扩增培养和蛋白鉴定。
